Scale Computing is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead a modern, scalable People function and own key employee lifecycle processes across the globe. You will combine HR expertise with an operational mindset to execute today and build a better path for tomorrow.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, or a related discipline.
Broad working knowledge across multiple HR areas beyond a single specialty.
Demonstrated ability to independently own and improve People processes.
Strong experience with HRIS and People technology.

Responsibilities

Own and improve key People processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, leaves, promotions, transfers, offboarding).
Serve as a senior resource for employees and managers on People-related processes and programs.
Partner with the People team on benefits, payroll, compliance, policies, and programs.
Standardize People practices across a global organization while accounting for local requirements.
Identify operational gaps and develop practical solutions for scalable processes.
