• At least five years of relevant HR experience with broad, hands-on operational responsibility.
• Track record of building or improving HR processes and implementing recommendations.
• Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, policies and compliance.
• Ability to connect with employees across office and field environments.
• Strong judgment, discretion, communication and follow-through.
• Proactive, independent working style with the confidence to propose ideas.
• Technology proficiency and interest in practical HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with office and field employees and serve as an approachable resource.
• Assess current HR practices and implement improvements to policies, documentation and compliance.
• Update the employee handbook and create consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Oversee benefits and 401(k) administration, renewals and employee options.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance conversations and compensation reviews.
• Support training and career development, including growth opportunities for field employees.
• Strengthen recruiting through career fairs, industry relationships and partnerships.
• Coordinate recognition, company events and initiatives to keep employees connected.
