Job summary

Osborn Consulting in Bellevue, WA is seeking a senior People Operations Manager to oversee benefits administration, learning and development, talent development, employee relations, and performance management within a high‑performing culture.

The role is hybrid, based at our Bellevue headquarters with three days in the office, and involves partnering with leadership on strategic HR initiatives, HRIS management, and data‑driven workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including Employee Relations, Benefits, Performance or Learning & Development
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP)
• Experience with HR data and analytics and supporting senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, wellness, EAPs)
• Develop and oversee learning & development programs
• Manage employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management and annual reviews
• Lead HR operations, data privacy, and HRIS administration
• Support talent planning and career pathing
• Drive engagement and culture initiatives
