Osborn Consulting is seeking a seasoned People Operations Manager to partner with leaders and employees across the organization in Bellevue, WA. This hybrid role focuses on benefits administration, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations to cultivate a high-performing culture.
You will lead HR programs, manage HRIS (BambooHR), oversee leaving and safety compliance, and mentor the People Operations team while driving engagement and growth opportunities for staff.

As a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, the People Operations Manager oversees benefits administration, learning and development initiatives, talent and leadership development, employee relations, performance management, and key people operations initiatives that help foster a positive, high-performing culture where individuals and teams can thrive.
We’re looking for someone who not only has the skills to excel in People Operations (HR) but also the heart to make an impact. You’ll bring a mix of expertise, project management know-how, and a passion for people.
This position is based at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA. While Bellevue is the preferred work location, we are open to considering candidates based in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that promotes employee health, performance, success, and ownership. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles are eligible for limited benefits.)
The expected compensation range for this position for employees based in the Bellevue/Seattle area is $91,000 - $140,000 annually and is dependent upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
