Rythm Health is seeking a highly organized People Operations Lead to manage onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records in a remote-first environment. You’ll coordinate offer letters, new-hire setup, and system provisioning across Rippling and Workable, ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting People Operations, HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits systems; Rippling experience preferred.
• Recruitment coordination experience; Workable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of People with day-to-day Recruiting and People Operations priorities.
• Manage onboarding, including accounts activation, equipment, background checks, and first-day logistics.
• Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth transition from offer to onboarding.
• Assist in rolling out benefits and support enrollment questions.
• Own administration of HR systems (Rippling, Warp) and data accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll-related updates with Finance.
• Maintain confidential employee records and implement onboarding templates.
• Respond to employee questions and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders across teams to support Recruiting and People Operations needs.
