Rogo is hiring a People Operations professional to help build and scale the employee experience as we grow. You will own onboarding, performance reviews, surveys, and HR tech stack, driving efficient processes and accurate people data.

You will partner with managers to support day-to-day people leadership, improve engagement, and ensure compliance across benefits and policies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR Ops, and program management.
• Experience designing structured processes and programs with minimal direction.
• Strong project management and multi-stakeholder execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding experience and scale personalization and clarity.
• Drive performance review cycles with deadlines and guidance.
• Manage engagement surveys and interpret results.
• Oversee HR tech stack and integrations around Rippling.
• Maintain accurate People data and change workflows (promotions, offboarding).
• Administer benefits via PEO and ensure compliance.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Develop manager resources, templates, and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership.
• Lead ad hoc projects for People initiatives.
