Highwire is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead payroll, benefits and analytics for our multistate workforce. You will own end-to-end payroll, oversee benefits programs and build people analytics capabilities.

This role partners with Finance and People leaders, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance and turning data into actionable insights to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of multistate payroll, benefits, leave administration, HR systems and analytics.
• Experience administering a 401(k) plan and annual audits.
• Strong partnership with Finance on reconciliations, GL activity and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for multistate workforce, incl. off-cycle payrolls and tax setup.
• Lead benefits strategy, renewals and communication
• Oversee 401(k) administration and annual audits
• Manage leave‑of‑absence administration and compliance
• Build and advance people analytics dashboards and insights
• Own payroll system configurations and data integrity across systems
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with strong PM and change management
