Job summary

Appcast is hiring a Manager of People Operations to lead HR operations, systems, policies, and compliance across the employee lifecycle. You will design scalable processes, automate where possible, and partner with Legal to stay compliant.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HR Operations and NA employment laws; UK experience a plus.
• Experience as an HRIS administrator or extensive HRIS knowledge.
• Ability to design and implement policies and processes aligning with culture and compliance.
• Experience in business process improvement to enhance the employee experience.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HRIS designs meet business requirements and provide dashboards for the People team and partners.
• Lead optimization initiatives for continuous improvement of people processes, systems, and data.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, surveys to support compliance and strategy.
• Design, improve, and maintain locally compliant handbooks and employment policies.
• Oversee employee life-cycle policies (immigration, relocation, expatriate) and keep procedures updated.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are smooth and data capture is accurate.
• Build relationships with legal partners to stay updated on employment laws across locations.
• Leverage the People ticketing system and define SLAs to improve service quality.
• Provide leadership and development for the People Operations team with clear goals.
• Make sound policy decisions and adapt practices as needed.
