Job summary

Appcast, the global leader in programmatic recruitment advertising, is seeking a Manager - People Operations in Canada. You will lead HR Operations, shape policies, systems, and the employee experience, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale our culture and compliance.

You will oversee HRIS, compliance across North America (UK a plus), drive process improvements, and build data-driven solutions with automation and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, payroll, compensation or related field.
• 5+ years supporting HR operations for a client group or business unit.
• Global HR experience is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize HR policies, processes, and handbooks to support culture and compliance.
• Lead HRIS configurations, reporting, and system dashboards for the People team.
• Oversee all employee life-cycle policies including immigration and relocation.
• Partner with legal to stay current on employment laws across NA and UK.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce administrative burden.
