Job summary

SBH Fashion is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead operational HR projects, ensure compliance, and support learning and development. The role requires presenting data and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and collaborating across teams to drive workforce planning and budgeting.

The position focuses on hands-on execution, independent work, and effective communication while coordinating with departments to integrate new hires and manage costs and processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in people operations or HR project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data reporting.
• Knowledge of Form I-9 requirements and HR compliance practices.
• Experience updating employee handbooks and supporting learning programs.
• Ability to analyze and confidently present workforce, labor-cost, and budget data.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, outgoing, and able to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Review and update the employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
• Audit Form I-9 documentation and address compliance gaps.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Forecast labor costs and analyze commission structures.
• Support workforce-planning and people-operations projects.
• Help manage travel and expense budgets.
• Assist with integrating new teams and employees into the office.
• Conduct outreach, organize meetings, and engage relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver presentations about completed projects and analyses.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, and drive follow-up actions.
• Create and maintain Excel reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• Partner across departments while independently managing assigned projects.
• Provide limited employee-relations support as needed.
