Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in progressive HR, with HRBP and employee relations focus.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning and change.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising on corrective action.
