Job summary

Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (IOS) in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a People Operations Partner to support HR initiatives, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This in-office role collaborates with the Director, HR to administer benefits, open enrollment, HRIS data, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR generalist or people operations, strong communication, and experience with Paycor or similar HRIS. SHRM-CP is a plus, with a hands-on, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources in a generalist or people operations role.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience using HRIS platforms (Paycor preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence with ability to build trust and handle sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Employee Support & Relations: triage HR inquiries, guide on policies, support engagement and retention.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• HRIS, Reporting & Compliance: maintain Paycor data, run HR reports, ensure compliance.
• Performance Management & Coaching: support annual evaluations and coaching needs.
• Benefits & Open Enrollment: assist with benefits inquiries and annual enrollment.
• Training & Communication: conduct trainings and support internal communications.
