Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a seasoned People Operations Supervisor to optimize the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless, compliant experience. You will guide the People Operations team, prioritize workload, and partner with HR stakeholders to drive service excellence.

You will lead process improvements, support HRIS enhancements, and help standardize documentation, policies, and KPIs to enable scalable operations across our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or People Operations experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership in HR focusing on engagement and results.
• Experience managing and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with teams and departments.
• Experience with data analysis and HR metrics-based decision making.
• Preferred experience with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily People Operations activities across onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload prioritization for the team.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes for efficiency, compliance, and data accuracy.
• Support HRIS processes and system enhancements, leveraging automation and AI.
• Ensure HR policies and SOPs are maintained and aligned with regulations.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to drive service-oriented operation.
• Collaborate on cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy in all activities.
