Job summary

Dashlane is seeking a People Operations Lead (Senior IC) based in New York to drive US generalist operations and shape global HR initiatives. You will own the onboarding experience, lead benefits reviews with local partners, and leverage AI tools to scale workflows across the US and beyond.

Reporting to the global Director, People, you will coordinate with teams in New York, Paris, and Lisbon, handle day-to-day HR tasks, ensure data governance, and foster growth through training and development

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in a tech startup or similar environment.
• Strong project management and communications skills.
• Experience with AI tools to streamline admin tasks and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global New Hire Experience/Onboarding for US team and scale onboarding.
• Serve as primary People/HR contact for US Dashlaners, advising from offer to 15-day check-ins.
• Track and report People/HR metrics to leadership with actionable insights.
• Manage day-to-day operations including background checks, BambooHR data entry, and IT/equipment coordination.
• Administer and optimize global benefits reviews in partnership with local partners.
