Stolle Machinery Co., LLC in North Canton, OH is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across business units. You will administer programs, assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, and compliance.

The role partners with the HR Director to implement policies, maintain records, and support employee relations across multiple locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 3–5 years HR experience preferred (equivalents considered).
• High school diploma/GED with 4–6 years HR experience required.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong recruiting background is required.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or applicant tracking systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment for exempt and nonexempt employees and contractors, training managers on interviewing and hiring.
• Administer and monitor compensation programs and performance management for equity.
• Support HR programs, policies, onboarding, benefits, and reporting with the HR Director.
• Provide employee relations guidance, investigate issues, and escalate high-risk concerns.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave processes; assist with life-cycle events.
