Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation/benefits experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state operations in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with 401(k), health and welfare plans, and compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs, salary structures, and pay policies.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking studies, and data analyses.
• Support annual compensation planning and merit reviews.
• Coordinate benefits administration including open enrollment and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and related regulations.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate compensation reports.
