Job summary

Stancil Services in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to partner with management and support day-to-day HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee relations, performance management, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes, while aligning with company values of Team, Dedication, Resilience, and Fun.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum four (4) years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, and HR compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers.
• Process weekly payroll and ensure compensation, tax, deduction, and benefit changes are entered accurately.
• Maintain employee files, I-9 records, HRIS data, workers' comp, EEO, and confidential medical records.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and process employee personnel changes.
• Prepare payroll, HR, compliance, and management reports; answer payroll/benefits questions.
• Maintain labor law postings and HR documentation; participate in HR audits.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and onboarding workflows; conduct new hire orientation.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide outstanding candidate experience.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers; support engagement initiatives.
