Continental is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to partner with leaders across the business and deliver full-cycle recruiting, compensation initiatives, and core HR programs in Fairlawn, Ohio.

In this role, you will manage talent acquisition for professional and technical roles, support salary processes and market pricing, ensure HR process compliance, and maintain confidential employee records while driving process improvements and impactful workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 3 years of HR experience including full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, engineering or professional roles.
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and success profiles.
• Assist with compensation guidance, salary offers and market pricing.
• Maintain HR processes, records and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
