Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Plant HR Manager to plan and administer policies across all HR activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will recruit, orient, and develop a strong team while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage employee relations, oversee performance reviews, payroll data entry, HRIS updates, and training.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in field or manufacturing environment
• 6 years experience in the position
• 4 years experience managing people or projects
• 10+ years experience in field or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• 10+ years experience working in the position (preferred)
• 6 years experience managing people/projects (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
• Conducts new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward company goals
• Participates in safety committee and identifies safety issues
• Works with management to resolve employee relations issues
• Administers performance reviews for effectiveness and equity
• Ensures plant is FLSA compliant
• Leads Listening Sessions with employees
• Maintains payroll data and HRIS entries
• Regular attendance is essential
