Job summary

Cellanome is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support end-to-end employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll, and compliance across the Foster City office. You’ll own onsite events, vendor management, and cross‑site collaboration with our San Diego and Singapore teams.

You’ll partner with People leadership to design and execute scalable processes, focusing on automation and a positive employee experience. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 years in a People Operations, HR (People) Operations, or HR Generalist role, ideally in a fast-moving, venture-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Core People Operations: manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, leave programs, benefits administration, multi-state payroll and compliance.
• Workplace & Events: own Foster City office experience, plan onsite events, manage vendors and cross-site connections.
• Recruiting & People team Coordination: schedule interviews, support offers/pre-boarding, keep workflows clean.
