Job summary

Globalfaces Direct Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Operations partner to support a dispersed, high-volume sales workforce across the United States.

You will drive analytics, training, compliance, and process improvements to enhance performance and employee experience. You will provide day-to-day HR support to U.S.-based employees and leaders, manage onboarding and policies, and collaborate with Field Operations to ensure a positive staff experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience supporting U.S.-based employees in a multi-state environment.
• Experience delivering training and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline HR support to employees and managers across multiple U.S. states.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, and payroll administration.
• Support investigations, performance management, and workplace issue resolution.
• Administer benefit plans including enrollments and life events.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Field Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and leadership to streamline HR processes.
• Develop HR KPIs and dashboards to measure program effectiveness and compliance.
