Role at a Glance
The People Team at Gecko is seeking a People Operations Generalist to be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. We value adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach. The role includes talent program management, operational support, employee relations, and onboarding, requiring attention to detail, good judgment, and a self-starter attitude.

What You Will Do

Onboarding and Logistics

• Assist with Gecko’s new hire “Robot Camp”, including content, scheduling, and logistics.
• Coordinate with recruiting on new hire processes, including offer letters.
• Automate and improve new hire tasks.

Talent Management

• Manage performance cycles and 360 reviews in HRIS (Rippling).
• Project manage People Lead Training and learning sessions.
• Support talent analytics related to performance, potential, and attrition.

People Partner Support

• Support top leaders on talent and organizational needs.
• Participate in talent reviews, providing coaching and feedback.
• Assist with employee relations and investigations.

Employee Resource Group Support

• Create tools for ERG growth and impact.
• Collaborate with ERG leads on initiatives.

Operations Responsibilities

• Backup for payroll processing.
• Manage help desk needs.
• Handle global mobility inquiries, relocations, and expat support.

About You

Required Skills

• 4+ years in People Operations, talent management, onboarding, or as a People Partner.
• Strong attention to detail and a programmatic mindset.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills.
• Action-oriented and adaptable.
