A leading company in Fuel Asset Optimization seeks a People Ops Generalist to support HR operations for North American employees. This role will focus on employee performance, relations, and policy management in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background and experience in a SaaS environment. Responsibilities include managing performance reviews, payroll processing, and compliance audits, while also advising management on HR matters.

Position Summary
The People Ops Generalist will support the day-to-day people operations, benefits, and payroll needs of the North American employees. This role will focus heavily on assisting our front-line managers with employee performance, employee relations, and policy interpretation and management. The role will also be responsible for maintaining our HRIS, including front-end payroll processing, while also assisting our Sr Director of People with various special projects. The ideal candidate has a generalist background, with experience in performance management and employee relations in a remote setting.
Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000.00- 90,000.00
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
