- Responsible for creation and maintenance of all active and terminated employee personnel files (non-Benefits files)
- Responsible for ensuring all labor law postings are accurate in all company locations
- Responsible for maintaining all current and term employee I-9 files
- Provide support for enrollment and tracking of all employees in annual mandatory trainings
- Ensure Workers Compensation information is up to date with coverage providers
- Conduct annual required trainings (harassment and etc.)
- Document Control & Auditing
- Maintain inventory of all policies and procedures including accurate reflection of where documents are posted, last review date, tracking of changes, and version control
- Provide update forms to post in the KMS
- Leads all audits for team
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as cited by governing agencies.
- Manages recruitment tasks as needed (reviews applications, interviews).
- Schedule onsite/virtual interviews and support onsite interviews as needed.
- Administrator for all onboarding background checks.
- Work with team and hiring managers to ensure new hires have all equipment, supplies, etc. for day one; enter Service desk tickets as required.
- Ensure new hires are provided all required paperwork for review
- Other HR and Talent
- Willingness to learn employee relations as a specialist. Advises managers and supervisors regarding the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Coaches team members regarding performance concerns, attendance, and other opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and maintain HR email inbox and HR Faxes – complete transactions as required.
- Ensure employment verifications are completed timely.
- Work with other members of team to ensure all HR functions for organization are being completed
