The role emphasizes employee relations, policy implementation, performance coaching, and reporting with Power BI. The candidate should have 2+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and the ability to balance operations with a strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR operations, employee relations, or generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, or business administration preferred.
• Experience with APS or other modern HRIS platforms; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, system setups, orientation, and exit interviews; maintain confidential files.
• Build reports and dashboards in APS/Power BI to monitor HR metrics and business performance.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in HR procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with payroll and finance to handle leaves, benefits, and compensation benchmarking.
• Support policy development, the employee handbook, and HR guidelines.
