Job summary

PowerSchool Group LLC, a global leader in cloud-based K-12 software, seeks an HR Operations professional to manage employee lifecycle data, maintain records, and support day-to-day HR activities on the PX team. You will ensure accurate HRIS processing, write compliance materials, and collaborate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in HR operations or a related HR support function.
• Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions in an HRIS or similar system.
• Strong attention to detail for high-volume, time-sensitive work.
• Strong business writing, including policies, handbook content, or compliance materials.
• Strong communication with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enter HR transactions into the HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Respond to HR operations inquiries with clear guidance and updates.
• Perform data audits and quality checks to improve integrity.
• Contribute to HR operations projects, testing, and process improvements.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding data support and updates.
• Help create SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Support development and distribution of HR compliance materials.
