You will help resolve transaction issues, contribute to process improvements, and assist with onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR compliance materials.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years prior experience in HR operations, shared services, employee services, payroll administration, or a related HR support function.
• Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions in an HRIS or similar employee data management system.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive transactions accurately.
• Strong business writing skills, including experience drafting, reviewing, or maintaining company policies, employee handbook content, or HR compliance materials.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Key HR transactions into the HRIS system and resolve issues related to employee records reviewing for accuracy and completeness
• Resolve issues related to employee records by researching discrepancies, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders
• Respond to HR operations inquiries and service requests, providing clear guidance, status updates, and resolution support
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify and correct errors, improve data integrity
• Contribute to HR operations projects, system testing, process improvements, reporting initiatives, and implementation activities as needed.
• Provide backup support for onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring required employee data, documentation, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with process documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and training materials to support consistent HR operations practices.
• Support the development, review, and distribution of the employee handbook and other HR compliance materials
