The role emphasizes accurate data entry, issue resolution, and contribution to process improvements, with a focus on compliant HR operations and writing for policies and handbooks.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in HR operations, shared services, or payroll administration.
• Experience processing lifecycle transactions in an HRIS.
• Strong attention to detail for high-volume, time-sensitive transactions.
• Excellent business writing for policies and HR materials.
• Strong communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to interpret and follow policies and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Enter and resolve HR transactions in the HRIS system with accuracy.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Respond to HR operations inquiries with clear guidance and updates.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks.
• Contribute to HR operations projects, testing, and reporting initiatives.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding data support.
• Assist with SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Support the handbook and HR compliance materials distribution.
