Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. seeks a seasoned Director of People Operations to lead Total Rewards, leave management, performance processes and employee relations across a multi-state footprint.

You will coach a team, partner with senior leadership, and implement scalable people programs that align with Ntiva’s growth. You’ll manage benefits programs, audits, HRIS data integrity, and policy administration while guiding complex investigations, offboarding, and compliance across states.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in HR/People Operations with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge across benefits, multi-state leave/ADA/FMLA, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong multi-state employment-law knowledge; federal-contractor HR compliance a plus.
• HRIS proficiency, UKG Pro experience preferred; ability to ramp quickly on the platform.
• SHRM-SCP/SPHR credentials strongly preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated AI knowledge and use.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards and benefits programs, open enrollment and vendor relations.
• Oversee Leave, Workers' Comp and compliance across states.
• Manage performance management lifecycle and succession planning.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and exit processes.
• Own HRIS data integrity, policy administration, and reporting.
• Partner with Legal on terminations and risk assessment.
