Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is hiring a Director, Total Rewards & People Experience to lead compensation, benefits, leave, and recognition for a growing multi-site workforce. You will shape strategy, governance, and analytics, partnering with Finance and executives to drive cost-effective, equitable programs.

This hybrid US role (prefer Dallas, TX) emphasizes AI-enabled insights, job architecture, and program modernization while managing vendor relationships and regulatory compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or total rewards.
• Three or more years of direct people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Paylocity).
• CCP/CEBS/CBP/SHRM-SCP or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee compensation strategy, philosophy, job architecture, and market pricing.
• Lead health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs; manage renewal/open enrollment cycles.
• Provide analytics and governance for total rewards; leverage AI and data-driven insights.
• Partner with Finance and executives on cost modeling, budgeting, and accruals.
• Support acquisitions with harmonization of pay structures and benefit plans.
