Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. seeks a Director of People Operations to lead core HR functions, including Total Rewards, leave management, performance, and employee relations.

You will manage a team, partner with executives, and ensure compliant, efficient people services across a growing nationwide organization. The role requires strategic, hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of employment law, and experience with multi-state benefits and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in HR/People Operations, including team leadership.
• Deep expertise across benefits/total rewards, multi-state leave & ADA/FMLA, performance management, and employee relations/investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Total Rewards, leave management, and workers' comp programs.
• Lead performance management cycles and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations investigations with defensible documentation.
