Job summary

NetBrain is seeking a seasoned HR operations leader to own the People Experience infrastructure, including HRIS, compensation cycles, lifecycle processes, compliance, and analytics. You’ll ensure data integrity, drive governance, and oversee benefits and equity administration while partnering with Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR operations/total rewards experience.
• Hands-on HRIS/ATS administration; led vendor implementation.
• Strong comp fundamentals: benchmarking and internal equity.
• Experience building/maintaining job architecture and leveling frameworks.
• US federal and multi-state compliance knowledge.
• Data-driven with dashboards/reports used by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS administration across ATS/HRIS, ensuring data integrity and integrations.
• Lead data governance and reporting for headcount, compensation, and attrition.
• Maintain job architecture, codes, and leveling consistency across the org.
• Design dashboards for Board, ELT, and People team on key HR metrics.
• Partner with the VP of People to automate HR workflows using AI where applicable.
