Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Staff People Business Process & Systems Partner to stand up a new function within Global People Operations. This role owns Workday HCM process design, data integrity, SOX audit readiness, and analytics as the function scales toward 4,000+ employees.

You will be the senior individual contributor and the technical owner of People Operations systems and processes. You will report to the Director, Global People Operations and partner with HR, IT Systems, Payroll, Total

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS with deep hands-on Workday HCM expertise.
• Recognized as a go-to Workday expert, able to translate operational needs into system requirements and scale.
• SOX or audit-readiness experience with compliance activities and control design.
• Demonstrated systems redesign experience, thinking in end-to-end processes, not tickets.
• Data integrity and reporting fluency, delivering useful leadership insights.
• Cross-functional influence without formal authority across Payroll, IT, Legal, or Total Rewards.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday HCM business process design, configuration requirements, and change management.
• Own data integrity for the Workday population, with data quality standards and audits.
• Own SOX compliance readiness for People Operations, audit preparation and control documentation.
• Own reporting and analytics for Global People Operations and deliver on-demand insights.
• Own policy operationalization and benefits administration configuration in Workday in partnership with Life Cycle and Total Rewards.
• Identify and design automation or system changes to reduce manual work.
