Job summary

D.R. Horton is hiring a Division Human Resource Coordinator to support the divisions' people operations onsite in Spokane Valley, WA.

This full-time role partners with managers and corporate HR to keep hiring, onboarding, and employee support running smoothly. In addition to an annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience (plus bonus potential), you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (Taleo and/or PeopleSoft preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR practices align with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with managers on recruiting activities and support processes.
• Manage new hire processing and coordinate setup with Corporate IT.
