You will handle communications with stakeholders to maintain an excellent employee experience and provide timely data and reporting. This hybrid position requires a strong grasp of HR principles, English proficiency, and meticulous data management to ensure process accuracy and compliance across the local

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using MS Office, Google software, BambooHR.
• 1 year of work experience.
• Understanding of Human Resource principles, practices and procedures.
• Awareness of employment legislation impacting terms and conditions in local region.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong focus on excellent customer service.
• Strong sense of teamwork demonstrating cross-region collaboration.
• Application of sound judgment and professionalism.
• Very good communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, employment changes and offboarding accurately and timely.
• Draft letters and documentation for employees.
• Communicate positively with stakeholders to ensure a great employee experience.
• Review queries in the People Inbox and provide updates or escalate as needed.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and retain confidentiality.
• Provide data and reporting for stakeholders as required.
