Gymshark in New York City is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to manage the employee lifecycle and ensure accurate, compliant data across HR systems. This role collaborates with Payroll, Finance, Tech and external providers to deliver seamless employee support.

You will own onboarding, changes and leaver processes while driving data quality and process improvements. The role is hybrid with some time at our NYC office; you must be local or willing to relocate and authorized to work in the

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR/People Operations or similar administrative role

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, employment changes and leaver processes.
• Preparing employment documentation and supporting compliance activities, including I-9 verification and background checks.
• Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems and ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Acting as the first point of contact for People Operations queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Partnering with Payroll, Finance, Technology and external providers to ensure smooth and compliant processes.
• Conducting regular audits and reporting to identify trends, improve data quality and support business decisions.
• Supporting system improvements, automation opportunities and AI-driven solutions to enhance employee experience.
• Creating and maintaining process documentation and knowledge resources to support consistency across global People teams.
• Contributing to People projects and initiatives that support Gymshark's continued growth and evolution
