You’ll own HR coordination from pre-employment through onboarding, changes, compliance tracking, and offboarding, and lead day-to-day office operations to keep the space welcoming and productive. This full-time, hybrid role requires 2+ years in related work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR coordination, People Operations, or office operations.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HR coordination from pre-employment through onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Manage day-to-day Chicago office operations and logistics.
• Maintain HR documentation, org charts, and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate employee communications and recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other teams to support operations.
