Badger Meter is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to help shape the employee experience across HR disciplines. You will partner with HR leaders to deliver accurate, efficient processes and customer-focused service.

In this role, you will gain broad exposure to onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and HR technology, while contributing to a culture that values integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Customer Service, or related field.
• Experience working with HR systems and employee data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employees throughout lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Primary point of contact for employee questions and HR programs.
• Maintain employee records and confidential documentation with accuracy.
• Prepare employment communications, correspondence, and documentation.
• Coordinate recognition programs and other employee experience initiatives.
• Assist with documentation retention, audits, and compliance activities.
• Support administration of the Motus vehicle program.
