Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR and People Operations activities and projects.
• Assist with recruiting coordination, scheduling interviews, and related admin tasks.
• Support onboarding activities and improve the new‑hire experience.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workforce analytics.
• Report HR data and develop dashboards or tools for decision support.
