• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting technical, engineering, or manufacturing roles.
• Proven ability to fill complex, hard-to-find skill sets through creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong consultative approach—comfortable influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience using structured interview techniques to assess both technical capability and cultural alignment.
