Job summary

Union Gospel Mission of the Inland Northwest seeks an administrative HR professional to support payroll, recruiting, onboarding, safety, compliance, and employee records across the organization.

You will act as a trusted contact for employees and candidates, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, assist with payroll backup, maintain confidential files, and uphold our mission-driven culture in Spokane.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1+ years of administrative HR experience required.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, applicant tracking, and MS Office.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support core HR functions including payroll, safety, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and onboarding processes with applicants and teams.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with performance management and training.
• Assist with payroll backup: timekeeping, payroll data entry, and reports.
