Tide is seeking a Junior People Operations Analyst to support employee lifecycle processes across our Bulgaria and India teams, including onboarding, changes, leave, payroll inputs, and records maintenance. You will assist with benefits, service desk requests, documentation, and compliance, collaborating with vendors and managers while learning local employment practices.

Qualifications

• Interest in Human Resources or People Operations. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Assist with payroll inputs and data validation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in systems.
• Support benefits administration and respond to People-related questions.
• Handle People Service Desk requests and ensure timely support.
• Assist with documentation and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with vendors, managers, and external partners as needed.
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge base upkeep.
• Support local employment practices and process improvements.
