Job summary

Ease Health, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Associate to support onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, employee records, recruiting operations, and other People programs across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work with the team to ensure processes are organized and accurately executed as the company grows. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their People Operations career seeking broad exposure and growing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, recruiting operations, or related role.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, payroll, and offboarding.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Must be able to work from NYC office as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, systems, benefits, and cross-functional logistics
• Maintain accurate employee records and keep our People systems up to date
• Support benefits administration, payroll changes, and other recurring People processes
• Support recruiting operations such as candidate communication and background checks
• Help employees and managers navigate People policies, programs, and routine questions
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, and other company-wide People programs
• Maintain People Operations calendars, documentation, and process guides
• Help improve existing processes as the company grows
