5W Public Relations is seeking a dynamic People Operations Associate to support our People and Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced agency environment. This temporary position offers the potential to convert to a permanent full-time role, with hybrid work and three days on-site in Tampa or Miami.

You will perform scheduling, candidate communications, HRIS updates, onboarding/offboarding support, and project assistance, while delivering excellent service to employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• Prior internship or full-time experience in HR, Recruiting, or People Operations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment by scheduling candidate phone screens and interviews via Greenhouse.
• Create a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in Greenhouse.
• Assist with posting ads to websites.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR documentation.
• Assist with HR recurring processes and projects.
