Job summary

TriEdge Investments is seeking a highly organized People Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR across the full employee lifecycle. You will own core HR programs, including benefits administration, 401(k) operations, PEO management, and HR systems, while participating in projects like international expansion and equity issuance.

This is an in-person role near Hudson Yards, New York, with a hybrid schedule (in the office Monday-Thursday, remote on Fridays).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Exposure to benefits administration, PEO models, and HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail with scalable processes.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS/PEO platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the company’s 401(k) plan, including enrollments, contributions, compliance coordination, and vendor communication.
• Support annual benefits renewals and open enrollment with PEO and brokers.
• Manage day-to-day PEO operations, employee record changes, payroll, and compliance.
• Assist with new company/entity setup and coordination with legal, finance, payroll, and benefits providers.
• Manage unemployment claims with external vendors and timely responses.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and policies for ongoing compliance.
• Support employee equity issuance processes with legal, cap table providers, and stakeholders.
• Own administration of HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll/PEO platforms).
• Partner on people reporting and analytics, headcount reporting and turnover metrics.
