Job summary

Beta Bionics, Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to support a broad range of HR programs and daily employee matters, across the full employee lifecycle, in an in-office setting in Irvine or San Diego, CA.

The role reports to the Head of Human Resources and requires a BA with 2–3 years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2–3 years professional work experience required; some HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and independently manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Ability to evaluate information, consider options, and exercise judgment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to learn HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a helpful resource for employees.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities including posting positions and coordinating pre-hiring steps.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and collaborate with other departments.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Help with HR compliance activities, audits, and policy updates.
