Job summary

Beta Bionics in Irvine, CA or San Diego, CA is seeking an HR Associate for a full-time, in-office role. You will support a wide range of HR programs across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to payroll, benefits, and compliance.

The role reports to the Head of Human Resources and requires a BA degree with 2-3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-3 years professional work experience; HR experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a helpful resource for employees.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities including posting positions and coordinating pre-hiring steps.
• Onboard new hires and offboard departing employees; coordinate logistics and documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and maintaining HR records.
• Maintain HR systems and employee data; generate reports and analyze trends.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and development of HR policies and communications.
• Support payroll preparation and timekeeping processes with accuracy.
