Job summary

Beta Bionics, Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to support a broad range of HR programs across the employee lifecycle. This full-time, on-site role is based in Irvine, CA or San Diego, CA with no remote option, reporting to Head of Human Resources.

You will handle onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, timekeeping, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations, partnering with payroll, finance, and managers to ensure accurate processes and positive employee experiences.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-3 years professional work experience required; some HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a helpful resource for employees.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities including posting positions and coordinating pre-hiring processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including materials, logistics, and documentation.
• Assist benefits administration and employee communications.
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting; ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, and documentation.
• G overage of employee relations matters and provide guidance to leadership.
• Support development and administration of HR policies and employee programs.
