Belvedere Trading, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Technology and Platform departments in Chicago. You will shape the people strategy, design scalable org structures, and lead workforce planning for a fast-growing tech ecosystem.

The role partners with Talent Acquisition and leadership to drive performance, development, and successful onboarding, while coaching managers to build a high-performance, confidential culture in a dynamic trading

Qualifications

• Strategic HR partner with experience supporting technical populations at scale.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of trading/finance dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Set people strategy for Technology and Platform, translating roadmaps into hiring, engagement, development, and retention.
• Lead organizational design for a large technical organization, defining roles and reporting lines.
• Own workforce planning with multi-quarter headcount models and budget alignment.
• Develop leveling and career frameworks for engineers, infra, and platform teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on high-volume and specialized technical hiring.
• Scale onboarding and ramp-up for technical hires, ensuring compliance and environment readiness.
• Hold managers accountable for 30/60/90-day milestones and development plans.
• Coach first-time managers and support leadership development and communication skills.
• Define learning priorities and map training to leveling frameworks.
• Set performance expectations and lead calibration and reviews.
