Summary
We’re hiring a high-horsepower operator to support our lean and mighty People team. We are looking for someone who is sharp, hungry, and motivated to drive impact. You will be driving key initiatives that contribute to business outcomes. This is a 3-month contract with potential to convert to a full-time position if the candidate is highly impactful.
Your mission

What you will do
- Drive People programs
- Design and execute engagement surveys
- Design and execute performance cycles
- Brainstorm how to incentivize and reward productivity gains via AI
- Run day-to-day operations
- Address employee HR questions with empathy and care
- Own seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Continuously improve People processes & policies to maximize compliance, operational, and cost efficiency

The hourly rate for this position is $65/hr - $85/hr. The actual compensation will depend on relevant skills, education, and experience.
